Online Recruitment Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and digitally savvy Online Recruitment Specialist to manage and grow recruitment across our diverse business divisions — including Online Auctions, Short-Stay Accommodation (Airbnb-style rentals), and Debt Management & Collections.
This role is ideal for someone who understands online recruitment platforms, candidate engagement, and employer branding, and who can support multiple business units with their hiring needs. You’ll play a key role in attracting, screening, and onboarding talent that supports our operational and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
As the Online Recruitment Specialist, you will:

Manage end-to-end online recruitment campaigns across multiple business units

Write, post, and manage job adverts on job boards, social media, and company platforms

Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for operational, administrative, and specialist roles

Support recruitment for short-stay accommodation staff (cleaners, hosts, maintenance)
-
Recruit and onboard staff for debt management and collections roles, ensuring compliance and professionalism

Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases

Support onboarding, documentation, and basic HR administration

Strengthen the company’s employer brand through consistent online presence
Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for someone who brings:

Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition

Strong knowledge of online recruitment tools and platforms

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously

High attention to detail and confidentiality, particularly for sensitive roles

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Experience recruiting across hospitality, operations, or financial services – advantageous

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
